Weeknight lemon pasta. Full recipe in the video.
Transcript
Okay, so this is the lemon pasta I make every single week. You need one lemon, a big knob of butter, a clove of garlic, parmesan and whatever pasta you have. Boil the pasta, save a cup of the water before you drain it. Melt the butter, grate the garlic in, zest the lemon over it, then the juice. Toss the pasta in with a splash of the water, add a handful of parmesan, keep tossing until it goes glossy. Pepper on top. That is it, ten minutes.
Summary
A ten-minute lemon butter pasta: one lemon, butter, garlic, parmesan and reserved pasta water tossed into a glossy sauce.
- Ingredients: one lemon, butter, one clove of garlic, parmesan, any pasta.
- Save a cup of pasta water before draining; it makes the sauce.
- Melt the butter, add grated garlic, lemon zest, then the juice.
- Toss the pasta with a splash of the water and parmesan until glossy; finish with pepper.
How it works
Paste the link
Any public Instagram Reel or post, TikTok video (short links included) or YouTube Short. Tap Share in the app, then Copy link.
The video is read
The speech is transcribed. When there is no usable speech - music only, text over the video - the text shown in the frames is read instead. The caption is kept as well.
You get the text and a summary
The transcript as selectable text with a copy button, then a one-line essence and the key points. It takes between ten seconds and a minute, depending on the video.
When one video a day is not enough
This page is the smallest piece of Inboxy. In the iOS app or the Telegram bot, the same link becomes a note that is saved, filed under a category and tags, searchable by meaning and open to questions. Action items go into a to-do list, a fact-check is one tap away, and a digest brings it back later. The Free plan covers 50 saves a month.
Questions
Is this free?
Yes, within a daily limit per connection and a daily total for everyone. There is no account and no sign-up.
Which links work?
Public Instagram Reels and posts, TikTok videos (including vm.tiktok.com and vt.tiktok.com short links) and YouTube Shorts or youtu.be links. Private accounts and other sites do not.
What if nobody speaks in the video?
Then the text shown in the frames is read instead - a recipe over music, a list that flashes by, slides.
Do you keep what I paste?
The result is cached for a day so a popular video is not processed twice, and what each run cost us is recorded without the link or any address. No account, no history.
How accurate is it?
It is AI transcription. Names, numbers and quantities can be misheard; check them against the video before you rely on them.
Try it on the next thing you save.
